Who we are

Alison Williamson set up Touchline Consulting in 2004 following 15 years Blue Chip experience in a number of leadership roles, including Head of HR and Head of Training.

She has worked extensively in designing and delivering training programmes for a variety of people including senior managers, middle management and customer facing teams.

Alison is a professionally qualified Coach (Senior Practitioner) and is also a Coach Mentor Supervisor for the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and The OCM. She is also qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator for individuals and teams.

Alison has run bespoke workshops for Matthews Brand Solutions, Holiday Inn, Pro Serv Corporate, Compass Disability Services, Artichoke Kitchen & Cabinet Makers and Somerset Construction Training. Typical development programmes include both workshops and one to one coaching to accelerate results.

Alison is an Executive Coach on the High Growth www.growthsouthwest.co.uk project which provides funded coaching for fast growing businesses.
