About us Who we areAlison Williamson set up Touchline Consulting in 2004 following 15 years Blue Chip experience in a number of leadership roles, including Head of HR and Head of Training. She has worked extensively in designing and delivering training programmes for a variety of people including senior managers, middle management and customer facing teams. Alison is a qualified Coach and is also a Faculty Coach Mentor for the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and The OCM Alison is also qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator for individuals and teams. In 2008 Alison has run bespoke workshops for Holiday Inn, Pro Serv Corporate, Compass Disability Services, AMP Access, Artichoke Kitchen & Cabinet Makers and Environmental Water Systems. The one day public courses have also been really popular and attended by over 60 companies in the South West. What we doFirst of all we listen to find out about you, your business and your people.
