CoachingCoaching has become widely used in business. 72% of organisations report using coaching to improve people and business performance. The CIPD have developed a range of products to help employers buy coaching services and advice on what questions to ask prospective coaches. Alison Williamson is a qualified coach and through her role as Faculty Coach Mentor for the CIPD and The OCM, she coaches other coaches through their professional qualifications from Certificate to Masters level. Here at Touchline Consulting, Alison can provide one to one and team coaching to suit you needs. One to one coachingA typical one to one coaching programme will provide confidential support to explore what the client would like to change, identify routes to success, dissolve blockers and release potential. We usually see clients for about 6-8 sessions over a period of 6 months, but of course we can be flexible to deliver different ways of coaching if appropriate. All coaching relationships are set up in confidence with joint agreement reached between us as to how it will work before any coaching starts. Alison is qualified to professional level, holding a CIPD coaching qualifcation and more recently a Practitioner level qualification with The OCM. She subscribes to the EMCC code of ethics and undertakes regular supervision of her coaching practice in line with EMCC recommendations. Team Coaching and facilitationWe can help you bring your team together and work with them in a variety of ways: Whether it’s planning and delivering an important project, working out a strategy, problem solving, improving performance targets. Business success relies on teams working together effectively and this doesn’t usually happen by chance. Through team coaching and facilitation we can help your teams improve the way they work together and enhance their performance.
